Little Horwood Recreation Ground
The Recreation Grounds Committee is committed to
providing well-maintained, 'fit for purpose' and safe
recreational facilities for the village, which are
easily accessed by all, and cater for a wide variety of
recreational and leisure activities for villagers, the
wider community, and visitors to the village.
The Recreation Ground and Hall (The old
school) are managed by the Little
Horwood Recreation Ground Trust, a charity
which is funded through an Annual Grant from the Parish
Council, fundraising events and grants. Various groups
who charge membership fees pay the Trust to hire the
facilities (e.g. youth club, cricket club and
tennis club). The Trust is also responsible for
the maintenance and development of the play facilities
and the Games Area.
We are eager to ensure the facilities are well used and
fit for purpose. We would value you feedback and
comments.
